Sugarcane tableware
Sugarcane pulp tableware is an environmentally friendly tableware made from sugarcane bagasse as the main raw material after sugar production, combined with renewable fibers such as bamboo pulp, and manufactured through high-temperature molding technology. The production process includes steps such as pulping, compression molding, edge cutting, and ultraviolet disinfection, forming a mesh structure using physical methods without the need for chemical adhesives. The raw materials are sourced from agricultural waste, and there is no wastewater discharge throughout the production process. This tableware has oil and water resistance characteristics, with a temperature tolerance range of -18 ℃ to 220 ℃, and can withstand microwave heating and baking.
